SPINNING CLASS

An indoor cycling cardio class set to music. Your ride will include a combination of hills, interval training and various drills. This class can accommodate a range of fitness levels from beginners to advanced.

Private class held at Legacy Indoor Cycling Studio located at 1506 Danforth Avenue.

Monday 9:30am – 10:30am spin
Monday 10:30am -11:00am core conditioning


Stay for one or both segments.

Runs annually from September to May 31st.

Core strength is most important to daily function, proper posture and preventing injuries to the lower back. Core conditioning strengthens the abdominals, lower back, gluteus and spinal extensors.
